You can then schedule a pickup or drop-off and track your package in real-time with your unique tracking code.
We transport various items, including parcels, documents, household goods, perishable items, and pets. However, certain restricted or prohibited items, such as hazardous materials and illegal substances, may not be shipped. Contact our support team for clarification if you're unsure about your item.
Once your package arrives, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to monitor its journey in real-time. Enter the tracking number on our website or mobile app to see the current location, estimated delivery time, and any updates.
For safe and secure delivery, we recommend using a sturdy box with proper padding (bubble wrap, foam, or packing peanuts) to protect fragile items. Please make sure the shipping label is clearly visible and securely attached. If you need assistance with packaging, we offer professional packing services to help protect your shipment.
We strive to deliver all shipments on time, but in rare cases, delays can occur due to weather, customs clearance, or unforeseen events. If your package is delayed, you can check the status using your tracking number. If you suspect your package is lost or have concerns, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in locating and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Pets Frequently Asked Questions
A flight nanny is a trained pet care provider and professional animal lover who travels in the cabin of commercial airlines with your pet, comfortably stowed in an airline-approved travel carrier. Your flight nanny will handle pick-up and delivery from airport to airport and attend to all your fur baby's needs during the flight.
Once your delivery is booked, your assigned flight nanny will create a text that includes all parties involved in the pet transport. You will receive a message with a reconfirmation of your flight itinerary and meet-up locations 1-2 days before your scheduled delivery date. Throughout the delivery, all parties will receive text updates in this chat.
Typically, the breeder/shipper will meet the flight nanny curbside at departure of the airline the pet transported will be flying with. The receiver will meet the pet nanny at baggage claim. This information will also be provided in the group text you will receive 1-2 days prior to your delivery.
Your pet courier will have limited space so any items that are sent with the pet must be able to fit in a small book bag and be TSA approved. We suggest a small ziplock bag of dry food, a small toy and a small blanket. Your flight nanny will provide a travel carrier unless informed otherwise.
We offer our in-house insurance. This is known as the refundable pet insurance that costs $1575 and covers up to $5,000 in costs in the unfortunate case of injury or death of your pet as a direct result of negligence on behalf of one of our contractors. The refundable pet insurance is refunded upon the delivery of your pet and you sign the confirmation pet reception form.
